After a few weeks of busy days my precious partner and I were able to visit the French Cellar in Machias Maine. Imagine our excitement when we found Bohemian Mamas bread!!!! We have travelled for months to Addison for that delicate baguette and superior Rustic bread.........we spend about 20 minutes with Mr. French gathering a 2 year old Grafton cheddar.......a beautifully prepared roasted eggplant spread, and a gorgeous spanish red called Monte la Sarda 2009, ......we paired it with olives from Joes Sausage on West Street in Machias and Machiasport steamed clams..........we went to bed with a smile....and a hunger for more!
